Terms of service

These terms apply when Northwise ("we") provides a service on this website to a business ("you").

1. The job. We confirm the service, what you get and the price by email before we start. That email and these terms are our whole agreement.
2. Price and payment. Prices are in US dollars. You pay after you accept the work, by card through our payment provider or in USDC as shown on the invoice. A USDC payment is final once sent, so check the address on the invoice matches the one in our email.
3. Acceptance. You have 7 days to check the work and accept it or tell us what is wrong. One round of changes is included. Silence is not acceptance.
4. Your information. Send us only information you are allowed to share. We never need passwords, keys or card details.
5. What the work is. Our reports describe what we found at the time we looked. They are not legal, tax, financial or security advice and do not promise any result. Decisions about your business are yours.
6. Payment setups. When we set up a payment provider, you hold the account and agree to that provider's own terms. We never hold or move your money.
7. Care plan. Billed monthly in advance. Cancel by email at any time; it stops at the end of the paid month.
8. Cancelling. You can cancel a job before delivery and pay nothing for it.
9. Liability. Our total liability for a job is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed.
10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
