This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security, for a short time.

When we contact a business

We may email a business at an address it publishes for business enquiries, about a service relevant to it. We keep the business name, that address, the website and our notes. If you reply "stop" we add the address to a do-not-contact list and never email it again.

When you are a customer

We keep your name, business details, emails, the files you send and invoices. We use them only to do the job, bill it and keep the records the law requires. Job files are deleted 30 days after delivery; invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business: our email provider, our website host and our payment provider. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing team@northwisehq.com. We reply within 30 days.
